Tania joins BHGRE with an extensive and diverse background in customer service and teaching as well as working as an entrepreneur.  She grew up in East Oahu and received her B.S. degree from the University of Hawaii in fashion merchandising with a minor in communications.  She helped open the guest services department of Park Lane Ala Moana condominiums and was then promoted to Owner Services Coordinator at Park Lane.  Her strong work ethic, planning and communication skills allowed her to provide the highest level of service to her luxury condominium owners.

She has worked in property management for the Locations branch of Kathy Muller, a local talent agency.  She honed her communication and organizational skills as the Fashion Production Instructor at Honolulu Community College for 5 years.  She sold and taught modeling, acting and self-improvement classes to adults, teenagers and children as the Director of Education for Kathy Muller.  She is also a Beauty Stylist, owning her own bridal hair and make-up business with a certificate from Westmore Academy of Cosmetic Arts in Los Angeles, CA.
